Anindya Mukherjee is a Global Business Executive with 20 years enterprise leadership success for high-growth organizations. He has managed businesses across Europe and North America. Since 2009, Anindya serves as Management Consultant serving diverse industries in plastics, chemicals, and industrial biotechnology. Anindya is a 30+ year veteran of the plastics industry and has helped commercialize polymers such as Polyamide 4,6 and PHA, and food additives & nutraceuticals. Anindya has steered 6 technology startups, spin-offs, and M&As and helped bring in grants and investments to several startups. He co-founded the non-profit Global Organization for PHA (GO!PHA) to promote the use and proliferation of Biobased and Biodegradable polymers like PHA which is a natural and marine biodegradable biopolymer. His most recent initiative, Phaxtec, focusses on large scale production and proliferation of PHA. Anindya is a frequent speaker and panelist in national and international conferences and workshops in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has coauthored several peer reviewed technical review papers in reputable journals and book chapters on various aspects of PHA biopolymers. Anindya has a bachelor's in chemical engineering, a Masters in Polymer Science from The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee.
