Catia co-founded the investment holding Volta Circle alongside the Lohia family, the majority shareholders of Indorama Ventures (IVL), a $20 billion annual revenue chemical corporation and one of the world's largest investors in recycling initiatives. Since its inception, Catia has led Volta Circle as Managing Partner, overseeing investments in 25+ companies. The firm's first investment, in 2019, was in global fashion recommerce leader Vestiaire Collective, with the most recent investment in January, co-leading the funding of Macrocycle, a recycling technology company. For over 25 years, Catia has been relentless in promoting sustainability while transforming and investing in world-leading companies, including General Electric, Kering, JAB Luxury, Coty, and several private equity firms. Her career has spanned business development, M&A, and executive-level Human Capital roles. Today, she leverages this unique breadth of experience to drive more capital toward scalable ventures that are transforming the world's most polluting industries.
