Cyndi Rhoades co-founded Circle-8 Textile Ecosystems, a UK company developing a network of industrial-scale Automated Textile Sorting and Pre-processing facilities (ATSPs). These facilities handle non-reusable textiles, enabling high-volume, cost-effective feedstock for mechanical and chemical recycling plants. Circle-8 builds on her first company, founded in 2005: Worn Again (later Worn Again Technologies), which has developed a world-leading polymer recycling technology to separate, purify and recover polyester and cellulose from end-of-use textiles for reintroduction into global supply chains.
