Dries Van Aerde currently holds the position of Global Sustainability Director and is leading the Sustainable Packaging Office (SPO) at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

The SPO is responsible of defining the strategy of the company’s sustainability roadmap through accelerating innovations and supports progress towards the company’s sustainability goals. This includes the overall decarbonization of the packaging & the packaging mix as well as driving our circularity agenda through creation of collection systems and reuse of recycled materials.

Beyond his current work on packaging sustainability, his 20 years of expertise in different procurement areas and packaging categories combined with his operational background as site Director make him knowledgeable about the end2end beverage packaging Industry.
