Eric has been with Mars 13+ years and is currently the lead for materials science. In this role, he leads efforts to develop new sustainable packaging materials, sustainable packaging designs, and supports the development of infrastructure for recycling. He works closely with the Mars business segments and is actively engaged with material suppliers and recycling efforts to provoke long-term innovation breakthroughs and transformations in sustainable materials for packaging.
