Giorgia is Materials Science Manager at MassChallenge Switzerland, one of the largest non-profit start-up accelerators. With extensive knowledge and passion for sustainability and circularity, she assists materials start-ups in their growth and connections with partners and investors. Holding a doctorate in polymer physics and an industrial engineering background, Giorgia previously worked in academia, consulting and corporate roles. In addition to her responsibilities, she leads various diversity and inclusion initiatives and advocates for women in STEM fields, supporting their advancement and leadership.
