Guillaume is an investment professional with an entrepreneurial background. Before turning into an investor, Guillaume was a cofounder and managing director of InnovaFeed, an insect-protein producer currently considered as one of the biggest Agtech startup in Europe. Guillaume has experienced the typical journey of entrepreneurs within the circular bioeconomy space, including the capex-demanding scale-up to industrial production ' and its funding. He is familiar with AgTech, Alternative proteins and Bio-based materials. He started his career at Sanofi headquarters, dealing with drug pricing strategies. He graduated in 2011 as an engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris with a specialization in biotech at University of Queensland, Australia.
