Having previously driven key material innovation initiatives at Adidas, with a background in Fiber Science and Apparel Design (Cornell) and a Material Futures MA (Central Saint Martins), Jen brings design thinking to the forefront of scientific innovation. At Modern Synthesis, she champions a biomimetic approach, drawing inspiration from the ultimate designer - Nature - to develop groundbreaking materials that address key sustainability challenges without compromising aesthetics or performance.
