Today, Kim passionately leads ELEMIS' purpose and sustainability ambitions, with a people and planet first ethos. In 2023, Kim was instrumental in achieving B Corp Certification for ELEMIS, accelerating transformation inside and outside the organisation. Kim's personal motivation comes from working closely with ELEMIS' charity partners and communities, to build relationships that have real human impact.
