Global Head of Packaging, Digital and Transformation , UNILEVER
As the Global Head of Packaging, Digital and Transformation, Pablo leads is responsible for the packaging strategy and innovations across Unilever, while also steering the future of R&D and driving digital transformation. His remit includes oversight of the industry-leading R&D Packaging Centre, which is central to delivering superior product experiences and advancing Unilever’s Plastics commitments. In parallel, he leads the central Digital R&D programme, which is accelerating the creation and adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and technologies across the global R&D community.
During his 25-year career with Unilever, Pablo has held numerous leadership positions across Europe, North America and Latin America. Prior to taking the leadership of the global Packaging function, he was responsible for the global Sustainable Packaging programme for the laundry category, and leading the R&D programmes for global Hair and Deodorant categories.
Pablo holds a master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, and he represents Unilever in many cross-industry boards and working groups.
